Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Training Administrator who will support training operations and manage Learning Management System transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Training Administrator and main contact for Workday, managing certifications, enrollments, and onboarding
  • Handle Training Jira requests, providing timely responses and solutions
  • Coordinate and schedule training Bootcamps and lead new hire onboarding sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Adult Education, Instructional Design, HR, or a technical field
  • 1-2 years of experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Workday Learning
  • Ability to manage a high volume of transactions efficiently
  • Experience in documenting training schedules and tracking progress
  • Proven capability to support automation of business processes
