Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Systems Analyst specializing in Core HCM, Time & Absence, and Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize the HCM system
• Drive deployment of feature releases/updates and manage system maintenance
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field with IT focus
• 3 years of experience with HCM systems, preferably in modules like Payroll or Core HR
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, database design, and HR & IT security
• Technical proficiency in data management and reporting tools within HCM systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
