Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Workday Integration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and manage complex projects with minimal oversight
• Act as a liaison between IT and business partners for system development and enhancements
• Develop reports and dashboards from large datasets, ensuring solutions are tested and validated before implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT related field
• At least 4 years of experience in system analysis and configuration
• Experience with dashboard development, SQL for data analysis, and agile/scrum methodologies
• Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programming
• Experience documenting complex processes and facilitating cross-functional teams
