ISSO with DHS Public Trust

Job Summary

A company is looking for an ISSO to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide development and operational teams to achieve and maintain security compliance
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and security governance authorities
• Identify, track, and help remediate security vulnerabilities and compliance findings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or information assurance
• Knowledge of FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, DHS 4300A policies, and USCIS security directives
• Strong understanding of POA&M management and security documentation lifecycle
• Experience with vulnerability scanning tools and remediation tracking
