we're building the all-in-one platform for AI development.
here's what that actually means:
the core: a programming language for building just AI assembly language for the new reasoning unit (LLM) is English, so let’s put it front and centre and incorporate best concepts from software engineering:
conditional statements
loops
function calling functions (aka in fancy language multi-agent communication) — this is more difficult than it seems because of the needed type system (see below)
type system (especially important for interacting with multimodal LLMs where one output might have to be transformed to be passed on forward to the next step of the flow which might incorporate an LLM which can only interact with specific modalities)
easy linking with Tools (custom or prebuilt and ready to use: speech-to-text, image generation, ElevenLabs, research and many more
the ide: where the magic happens like notion met vscode and had a baby. build and test AI flows instantly, see results in real-time, iterate fast.
deployment: choose your flavor
api mode:
plug your AI engine straight into your product
forget about prompt management hell
focus on features, not infrastructure
workflow mode:
automate your work with triggers and actions
start small, scale to entire business processes
connect everything - it's an operating system for AI
wordapps & repository:
deploy as public/private web apps
share your flows github-style
let others fork and build on your work
control what people see (from basic UI to full process)
chief of staff @ wordware
tl;dr: it's like being a founder, but with immediate budget, proven traction (350k users), and no need to find product-market fit. you'll have massive impact from day one, but you'll also need to do whatever it takes to win - from fundraising strategy to getting a last-minute dinner reservation.
being real: this is probably one of our most senior hire. you'll work directly with me (Filip) on literally everything. you need to be able to execute at founder level without the typical founder learning curve.
what this really is: you'll literally be me in many parts of the company. this means owning everything from high-level strategy to the occasional shitty task (until you outsource it). you'll have immediate budget to build your team, starting with an EA, but you need to be ready to do anything that needs doing.
who you are: you're likely a former startup CEO ($200k+ ARR or $2M+ raised) or early startup leader. you're exceptional at getting impossible things done. not necessarily an engineer, but technical ability is a plus - you'll be building in wordware. you actively seek out challenges and uncomfortable situations - i don't care if it's skydiving or competitive knitting, but you need to be the type of person who thrives outside their comfort zone. most importantly, you're someone who sees what needs to be done and does it without asking how.
what you'll own: literally being me in many parts of the company means everything from owning 65% of my external presence to jumping into customer calls without warning. you'll run critical initiatives, manage key relationships, and build systems to scale our impact. then you'll make yourself obsolete and move on to the next challenge.
this will only work if:
we become friends - this isn't a 9-5 role with boundaries
you can get shit done at my pace and eventually exceed it
we get energy from debating and thinking together
you're ready to dive into anything, from fundraising to fixing logistics
you can sell to everyone - customers, candidates, investors
your writing and communication are exceptional
tips to succeed:
don't ask how to help - just help
as soon as you're really good at something, hand it off or automate it
build systems to make yourself obsolete - you are my leverage, but you need your own
protect my time ruthlessly - we have a framework for what deserves calendar space
be proactive about grabbing things off my plate
turn my scattered thoughts into scalable processes
true value means making room on both our plates while scaling impact
build trust through execution
(1+1) should equal 4, not 2
real talk:
we do paid trials with "impossible" tests
sf only, weird hours
you need to like to step outside of your comfort zone
yes to crossbow competitions and sauna by the sea
ready to own everything? tell me:
most impossible thing you've achieved
last time you stepped way outside your comfort zone
what was the most impressive thing you built
what social system did you hack
