WLAN Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a WLAN Architect to support the Department of Homeland Security's USCIS.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-grade WLAN solutions ensuring performance, scalability, and security
• Conduct RF planning, spectrum analysis, and capacity modeling for high-density environments
• Integrate WLAN solutions with cloud networking platforms and SD-WAN

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in wireless networking and design/architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field strongly preferred; advanced degree preferred
• Proven expertise in wireless LAN design/architecture and RF planning
• Experience with 802.11 standards and Wi-Fi 6 deployment
• Must be eligible to obtain DHS Suitability clearance
