Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce and Systems Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions, including configuration enhancements and new workflows
• Manage and maintain all tools integrated into Salesforce and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Provide training and technical support to end-users on Salesforce and other Revenue Operations tools

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in Salesforce administration, preferably in a healthcare technology environment
• 3+ years experience building and running reports in Salesforce
• In-depth Salesforce knowledge with experience in system workflows and integration
• Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce Advanced Administrator certificate preferred
• Experience with Loopio, ZoomInfo, Netsuite and/or Klient preferred
