Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Coordinator (Remote within WI).

Key Responsibilities

• Address care gaps and facilitate coordination of care through various patient support activities
• Provide clinical, clerical, and technical support to healthcare providers and care teams
• Maintain patient confidentiality while assisting in planning for patient care, comfort, and safety

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) diploma
• Current AAMA or RMA certification or State of Wisconsin LPN license
• Two years of experience as a medical assistant or LPN, or one year of clinical experience plus one year as an appointment coordinator
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Population Health is preferred
