As a Series A start-up, we’re in the beginning stages of an exciting journey! We have grown over 100% YoY in revenue, logos & headcount and are scaling our GTM teams to fuel the next chapter of growth. 


We are seeking a passionate and execution-oriented GTM Recruiter to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development functions as we pursue our ambitious growth plans. This is a full-cycle role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, seeks end-to-end ownership, and is excited to shape the go-to-market engine of a mission-driven company.



What You’ll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for all GTM roles, from pipeline generation to offer close — with a focus on high-impact revenue generating & enabling positions across Sales, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Marketing & Partnerships.
  • Partner closely with GTM leaders and colleagues to define hiring needs, calibrate role profiles to market environment, and create an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Hire for Quota Carrying AE / Enterprise Sales roles, with a high degree of judgment and ability to influence decision-making and close complex offers.
  • Design and implement proactive sourcing strategies, building an evergreen pipeline of high-performing candidates across markets and career levels.
  • Use data to guide hiring decisions and continuously improve recruiting effectiveness (e.g., funnel performance, time-to-fill, etc.).
  • Drive and champion a high-quality interview process, enabling internal stakeholders to be purposeful & effective in guiding decisions for each role.
  • Contribute to employer branding and outreach efforts that elevate WireScreen’s visibility in the GTM talent market.
  • Iterate on recruiting best practices, tools, and systems to support long-term team scaling.


Who You Are
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with an in-house track record of hiring top GTM talent in early-stage or high-growth tech environments.
  • Experience recruiting for a mix of roles across Sales (AE, SDR, Enterprise), Marketing (Product, Growth, Brand), and Customer Success/Account Management.
  • Adept at using sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, etc.) and applicant tracking systems (we use Lever).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills — with the ability to influence hiring partners and navigate ambiguity.
  • You care deeply about candidate experience, team collaboration, and long-term impact.
  • Mission-driven, curious, and energized by working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.


This role is available for hybrid work in the greater Washington D.C. area, as well as New York City.

The base salary $80,000- $120,000 per/year and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, and experience.
