As a Stable Office Assistant, you will:

Our engaging Stable Office Assistant will welcome and assist guests, manage horseback ride bookings, and facilitate fun pony rides for children. By handling transactions, promoting merchandise, and supporting with horse care and trail rides, you’ll help create memorable and enjoyable experiences for visitors at our vibrant stable.

• Greet and check in guests for rides upon their arrival.
• Manage bookings for horseback rides, ensuring a smooth scheduling process.
• Sell merchandise in the shop and facilitate pony rides for children, maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
• Operate our booking website and handle transactions using a cash register.
• Assist with feeding horses and saddling them as needed.
• Aid in loading and leading out trail rides as required.

• Must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 18 to drive company golf carts, and be at least 21 to drive tagged company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must comply with company vehicle insurance policy.
• Pass a driver’s license check by the company’s insurance company.
• Able to work all weekends and holidays.
