Assist the Risk Management Department with daily clerical work, data entry, and legal invoicing updates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with updating Origami claims billing
• Send legal invoices to accounts to be processed
• Perform daily Origami data entry
• Attend incoming phone calls
• Prepare reports in Excel
• Place office supply orders in Fusion
• Prepare shipments and FedEx labels
• Update daily pest control service site sheets in the system
• Enter pest control orders in Fusion
• Manage the legal calendar
• Provide administrative assistance to the Risk Team
• Assist with other duties as requested
• Prepare and monitor invoices
• Answer calls
• Perform data entry

Experience

• One year of administrative experience or tenure in an office setting

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree is a plus

Skills/Knowledge

• Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills
• Calendar management
• Administrative support
• Bilingual - Spanish required
