Community Growth Specialist (Based in Indonesia)

We are seeking a Community Growth Specialist to drive the expansion and engagement of our parenting and women-focused WhatsApp communities in Indonesia. This role is responsible for acquiring, nurturing, and scaling WhatsApp groups while ensuring high engagement through strategic content, partnerships, and community activations.

Community Growth Specialist (Whatsapp Communities)

• Strategically grow the WhatsApp community by acquiring new members through partnerships, digital campaigns, and referral programs.
• Identify and collaborate with relevant parenting groups, influencers, and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to drive organic growth.
• Optimize onboarding strategies to ensure new members are engaged from day one. Monitor community KPIs, such as member growth, retention, and engagement rates.
• Use data insights to refine acquisition and engagement strategies.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations for scaling the WhatsApp community effectively.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in community management, social media, or growth marketing, preferably within Indonesia’s parenting or women’s lifestyle space. Fresh grads may apply
• Strong understanding of WhatsApp community dynamics, user behavior, and engagement tactics.
• Hands-on experience with campaign planning, content creation, and engagement analytics.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Proactive, data-driven, and creative problem-solving mindset.

Preferred

• Familiarity with AI-powered community engagement tools and automation.
• Experience in growing online communities in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, or Vietnam.
