Our bootcamp helps candidates land jobs at Wall Street Hedge Funds, HFTs, and Asset Managers in the highly competitive field of quantitative research and trading (algo trading).

What you'll do:
- Conduct sales calls on zoom using established SOP scripts.
- Follow up with prospects via email, text, and phone through our CRM (Close) to effectively close deals.
- No lead generation, cold calling or appointment setting required. We provide as many pre-qualified appointments right into your calendar as you can handle.
- Keep track of leads and cleanly document outcomes and success rates using our CRM.
- Work with the sales manager to continuously improve the sales process and meet KPIs.
- 1-3 years of b2c sales experience in a commission-based setting.
- Experience with zoom sales and in particular selling a high-ticket offer on zoom is preferred but not strictly required.
- Most important is a high EQ (strong interpersonal and communication skills).
- Outstanding at identifying their own errors, self-correcting them, and doesn’t require consistent sales coaching to produce exceptional results.
- Excellent, organized & independent self-starter who can collaborate to improve upon our internal processes.
- Sales backgrounds in insurance, real estate, or high end retail are preferred but not required.
- Fully remote position, base salary $50k - $60k, total OTE approximately $100-125k (including commissions)
