Brand Activations Sample Coordinator

We are looking for a Sample Coordinator to join our Brand Activations team with an interest in PR and influencer marketing who is detailed-oriented and organized. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, resourceful and thrives in a face paced environment and is a team player. Ability to complete tasks and assignments with minimal supervision in a detail- oriented, process driven manor.  

What you'll get to do: 

• Oversee daily promo ordering, organic seeding, and track inbound POs for upcoming product drops. 
• Unpacking, organizing, and restocking promo shipments at HQ (bulk shipments ranging from 50-500+ units). 
• Identify and flag any missing promo inventory to relevant teams. 
• Oversee all aspects of packing and shipping orders for all brand activation events, celebrities, athletes, agents, influencer and media. 
• Maintain and update the PR/Influencer/Athlete seeding sheet, tracking order numbers, shipping details, and statuses. 
• Coordinate with Marketing Ops & Planning teams to ensure timely tracking of product shipments related PR/Influencer/Retail Marketing initiatives.  
• Prepare and organize PR boxes and promo totes for studio takeovers, community events, and similar initiatives, including hand-writing notes/name tags, creating shipping labels, and ensuring timely delivery. 
• Organize domestic and international product returns to the proper warehouse to ensure timely delivery to the appropriate warehouse while maintaining accurate records and inventory alignment. 
• Monitor and restock packaging materials (e.g., gift boxes, shipping boxes, labels, tissue, stickers, etc.). 

Who you are: 

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience needed. 
• 1+ years of experience in marketing.  
• High attention to detail in planning, organization, and execution of tasks.  
• Self-starter, problem solver, enthusiastic team player.  
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, in a timely manner. 
• Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative. 
• Eager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback.

The hourly range for this role is $25.00/hr - $26.00/hr.
