We are looking for a full-time Ecommerce Growth Manager to lead and execute the next stage of brand growth. This role is built for a hands-on growth operator who can manage paid media, creators, retention, and reporting while building smart processes and delivering results.
This role will focus on one of our brands, Silver Phantom Jewelry, it is a 10-year-old alternative fashion brand creating handcrafted sterling silver jewelry inspired by tattoos, metal, and underground creative culture. With a strong product line and customer base, we’re now building a lean, high-performance growth team.
The Ecommerce Growth Manager will report directly to leadership and take full ownership of marketing execution, channel performance, and revenue-driving initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat
- Coordinate deliverables and timelines for UGC creators and influencer partners
- Write or AI-generate high-performing email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
- Track and report on weekly KPIs from Shopify, Klaviyo, and ad platforms
- Test and implement new creatives, offers, flows, and experiences to improve conversion
- Manage task delegation to virtual assistants and creative contractors
- Oversee post-purchase communication and loyalty touchpoints
- Build and refine marketing and ops systems using Notion and Airtable
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, DTC brands, or paid social marketing
- Demonstrated success in managing Shopify, Klaviyo, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads
- Hands-on approach with performance marketing, retention, and creator management
- Proficiency in Airtable, Slack, and other async collaboration tools
- AI-native mindset — strong working knowledge of tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and similar
- Strong written English and attention to brand voice (copywriting experience is a plus)
- Interest or background in alternative fashion, tattoos, music, or creative culture is a plus
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to move quickly without needing micromanagement
