A company is looking for a VP of Strategic Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project management for key initiatives including international expansion and production scaling
• Operationalize company strategy through project management tools and ensure execution across teams
• Develop and implement organizational processes for hiring, onboarding, and performance management

Required Qualifications

• 7-12+ years of experience in BizOps, Strategic Ops, or Chief of Staff roles
• Experience scaling a DTC or eCommerce company from ~$50M to $100M+
• Operator mindset with strong execution instincts
• Proficiency in project management tools like Asana
• Obsessed with documentation and creating efficient systems
