A company is looking for a Platinum Sales Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing high-impact New Business cases
• Monitor existing cases and ensure they flow smoothly through the New Business process
• Provide support for product inquiries and assist with calling campaigns

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Annuity application processing experience strongly preferred
• Relevant customer service experience preferred
• Desire to progress into a more advanced sales role
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
