Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Claims, Rideshare.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction for the Claims organization
• Foster a customer-centric approach in claims handling, driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 15 years of experience managing teams of 75 or more employees
• A minimum of 20 years in property and casualty (P&C) claims
• Extensive knowledge of litigated transportation claims
• Demonstrated track record of enhancing organizational efficiency
• Experience collaborating with an executive team to plan and execute strategy
