Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Voluntary Benefits Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain expertise in Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity products, acting as the subject matter expert for internal partners
• Collaborate with partners to gather market intelligence and inform product development and implementation strategies
• Oversee key initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, including filing, implementation, enrollment, and claims

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the group insurance industry
• Proven ability to develop strong relationships with matrix partners and distribution
• Ability to manage multiple objectives and prioritize work effectively
• Creative and open-minded approach to problem-solving
• Goal-oriented, resourceful, and self-directed with a capacity to work in dynamic environments
