Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and execute product and pricing strategy for the Workers' Compensation line of business in designated states
• Manage growth and profitability in the assigned region while collaborating with key stakeholders to support profitable growth
• Monitor and report key performance indicators to stakeholders and senior management, while maintaining knowledge of market conditions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in workers compensation with a focus on Underwriting, Product Management, Actuarial, or Data Science
• Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools such as SQL, PowerBI, and ANA
• Working knowledge of the workers compensation system
