Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Infrastructure Operations Manager (Remote Worker).

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the Virtual Infrastructure team, providing technical leadership and mentorship to ensure stable and high-performing virtualized environments
• Drive technical innovation by developing and implementing solutions to complex virtual infrastructure problems
• Lead the development and implementation of modernization strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams for key organizational initiatives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field plus 8 or more years of related experience
• Expert-level knowledge of VMware vSphere environments, Hyper-V, and other virtualization technologies
• Strong understanding of datacenter modernization and digital transformation initiatives
• Proven experience as a technical leader in a virtual infrastructure management role
• Related technical experience or certifications may be considered in lieu of education
