Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Jira Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize Jira and other Atlassian tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence
• Create and manage custom workflows, fields, screens, permission schemes, and automation rules
• Support end-users with troubleshooting, training, and best practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Jira/Atlassian Administrator (3+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and related add-ons/plugins
• Hands-on experience with automation, scripting, and integrations (e.g., ScriptRunner, REST APIs)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and ITSM practices
• Atlassian certifications (ACP or similar) are a plus
