Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the channel strategy, including partnerships with OEMs, resellers, and distributors
• Lead and manage the direct sales team, focusing on revenue growth and quota attainment
• Meet or exceed revenue targets through direct and partner-driven opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in direct and channel sales
• Experience in SaaS, digital media, or AV technology preferred
• Deep understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales structures
• Data-driven decision-making experience, with familiarity in Salesforce and sales enablement platforms
