Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field or equivalent experience required
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• 10+ years of healthcare operations experience required
• Previous experience managing staff, including hiring, training, and performance management required
• Large-scale management experience within regulated environments preferred
