Join our dynamic Sales Operations team and play a crucial role in driving commercial success across Europe. This position offers exceptional exposure to strategic business operations and leadership engagement, enabling you to develop comprehensive business acumen while supporting key commercial initiatives.
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our European sales organisation, working with cutting-edge business systems and contributing to critical business decisions through data analysis and reporting.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Learn to support sales planning processes and leadership initiatives
• Develop skills in tracking and reporting commercial performance indicators
• Gain experience in managing Salesforce.com reporting and dashboard creation
• Build expertise in process compliance and commercial operations
• Master the use of key business tools and data management systems
• Assist with customer master data management and updates
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Support sales team operations and business intelligence gathering

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Business Degree or equivalent business experience
• Fluent in English, and EITHER Spanish or Italian
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Confident presentation skills
• Interest in Water Technologies or wider sustainability projects
