Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
• Lead, motivate, and guide project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
• Identify project risks and develop strategies to manage and mitigate them effectively.
• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure transparent progress updates and issue resolution.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency.
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure best practices are followed across projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully managing large and complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
