As the Director of Integrated Marketing, you will play a critical role in shaping ValidMind’s brand, demand generation, and thought leadership efforts across multiple channels. You will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business goals, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across digital, events, content, and paid media. Working closely with product marketing, sales, and external partners, you will drive engagement, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
What You’ll Be Doing & Your Impact:
- HubSpot Optimization: Work closely with the sales team to optimize ValidMind’s use of HubSpot and ensure best practices are employed, and the tool is supporting pipeline growth.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute data-driven integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and demand for ValidMind’s solutions.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Craft compelling messaging and thought leadership content tailored to financial services and AI risk management audiences.
- Digital & Paid Media: Oversee the strategy and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and ABM campaigns.
- Field & Event Marketing: Contribute to event marketing strategy, including sponsorships, hosted events, and webinars, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Partner closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and support pipeline acceleration.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization: Track, measure, and optimize marketing performance across all channels, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with the product team to ensure go-to-market alignment, develop messaging that resonates with target audiences, and support product launches with integrated campaigns.
- Team Leadership & Agency Management: Eventually, build a team of marketing professionals and manage relationships with agencies and external vendors.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:
- 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or AI/ML solutions.
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, event marketing, and paid media.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance optimization tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and external partners.
- Experience managing agencies, vendors, and marketing teams.
- Familiarity with AI, model risk management, or financial services marketing is a strong plus.
