Key Responsibilities

• Lead research for internal and external product experiences to ensure quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Experience with research vendors and conducting primary and secondary research
• Proven track record of delivering insights in complex problem spaces
• Experience managing multiple priorities without compromising quality
• Experience in consumer products and/or hospitality sectors
