Job Summary

A company is looking for a UI/UX Designer for the Personalization Team.

• Lead design for complex products and features along the entire customer journey

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in software design within complex company ecosystems, preferably in e-commerce or a related sector
• Expertise in systems thinking and user-centered design processes
• Strong proficiency in prototyping and leveraging design research and analytics
• Exceptional collaboration skills, with experience in complex organizational ecosystems
