Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Engineer (Full-Time, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Implement user interfaces from design specifications and optimize existing features for performance
• Collaborate with other engineers to define best practices and patterns for development
• Contribute to both front-end and back-end development as needed for projects

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a front-end developer, particularly with React, Next.js, and Tailwind
• Ability to create polished user interfaces and improve UI/UX without high fidelity designs
• Understanding of data flow in web applications and ability to interact with data stores
• Experience in small to medium-sized organizations with a scrappy approach
• Organized with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
