A company is looking for a Senior Conversation Designer to enhance user-centered experiences across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze IVR and chatbot usage to recommend updates or features
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and conversation flows to optimize the end-user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define end-user requirements and maintain design consistency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Factors, HCD, Interaction Design, Service Design, Marketing, Instructional Design, Digital Arts, or a related field
• 3+ years of related experience required
