Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist Refill Authorization.

Key Responsibilities

• Review patients' medication orders for safety and appropriateness, making evidence-based interventions as necessary
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of medications while maintaining secure storage and workflow efficiency
• Provide patient counseling and medication education, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• License to practice pharmacy in the state of practice and dispense controlled substances
• Current knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Immunization certification if applicable to practice site needs
• Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
