Oversee and distribute cases to Clinical Nurse Advisors (CNAs) while ensuring high-quality patient care
Monitor CNAs' quality and productivity metrics, and implement management policies to meet service level agreements
Conduct regular coaching sessions and manage team morale through bonding activities
Required Qualifications:
Active PHRN and US Registered Nurse (USRN) license
Minimum 2 years of post-education clinical experience, with preference for 2-3 years of customer service experience
Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
Ability to manage HR-related concerns and conduct performance appraisals
Experience in developing Individual Development Plans for team members
