Key Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of 15-20 payroll clients and manage complex payroll tax issues
• Maintain clients' employee data within HRIS and ensure compliance with regulations
• Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payments to employees and contractors

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in US payroll and payroll tax
• 2+ years in a client-facing role
• Experience with various HRIS systems (e.g., Rippling, Gusto, Justworks, Deel)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for startups and the tech industry
