About Us: We provide services to B2B SMBs to generate qualified leads to accelerate their business growth. Our mission is to streamline the lead generation process, allowing clients to focus on closing deals while we manage the heavy lifting of building and qualifying their lead lists. Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented [Business Development Representative / Lead Generation Operations Specialist] to oversee the end-to-end lead generation process for our clients. This project requires strong client interfacing skills, expertise in lead generation tools, and the ability to qualify leads effectively. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities: Client Understanding & Intake Management: Review and interpret self-serve intake forms completed by clients. Engage with clients via messaging to clarify business needs and lead requirements. Ensure a deep understanding of each client’s business, target audience and sales goals to deliver tailored lead generation. Lead Generation & Outreach: Utilize lead generation tools (e.g., Apollo.io) to source potential leads based on client specifications. Reach out to cold leads via personalized emails, aiming to initiate engagement and qualify interest. Perform lead enrichment to add value to each prospect, ensuring complete and relevant lead profiles for clients. Create email templates and custom outreach for prospects, to enable high response rates and pre-qualification. Lead Qualification & Handoff: Monitor email responses and engage directly with leads to qualify them further. Proactively handle conversations until leads meet the qualification criteria. When leads are deemed qualified, loop the client into the email chain, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity. Client Communication & Progress Updates: Maintain open communication with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and share insights on progress. Ensure clients have adequate sales collateral and guide them as needed for optimal lead conversion. Deliver final qualified lead lists, ensuring they align with client expectations and business needs. Maintain High-Quality Communication: Communicate fluently in English, both in written and verbal forms. Consistently uphold a high standard of communication and professionalism to foster trust and satisfaction among clients. Contribute to building and growing our BDR processes Refine our workflows for prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification by sharing experience and learnings across the team Required Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B lead generation or a related field. Proficiency with lead generation tools, such as Apollo.io, and email outreach best practices. Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to translate client needs into actionable lead generation strategies. Excellent English communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and professionalism. Self-motivated and organized, with a commitment to delivering results and meeting deadlines. Ability to work US business hours Metrics, subject to change: Work across 6-10 client accounts per month. Deliver ~15-30 BDR Qualified Leads per project per month. Qualifying a lead entails engaging with a cold lead until they are warm enough to want to learn about our offering with potential to convert into a paying customer. ~24hr Time to Respond SLA with Leads ~12hr Time to Respond SLA with Delivery Manager What We Offer: A flexible, remote work opportunity.
