About the Role:
We are seeking a Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to design, develop, and maintain data visualizations that drive business insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights, supporting our goals in business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform data analysis and write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data.
  • Optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users of Tableau solutions.
  • Partner with team members to continuously improve data processes and analytics capabilities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Tableau, including dashboard creation, advanced calculations, and data storytelling.
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience writing and optimizing complex queries.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data platforms.
  • Knowledge or experience in the Supply Chain domain.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
