Customer Care Agent (Maternity Leave Cover) - End of May untill end of November

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Agent (maternity leave cover) to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days/week). You’ll handle email inquiries and support requests from customers and business partners across 40 countries. Your mission will be to provide excellent service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience across multiple communication channel

Key Responsibilities  

• Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements.
• Report on customer care progress in weekly sales meetings.

Requirements  

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Previous experience using customer support software and CRM tools (preferably Zendesk).
• Ability to handle multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Additional languages are a plus: Romanian, Slovak, French or Arabic.

Contract Type:
We’re open to both fixed-term contracts and freelance agreements.
