We are looking for a dedicated Customer Care Agent (maternity leave cover) to join our team on a part-time basis (3 days/week). You’ll handle email inquiries and support requests from customers and business partners across 40 countries. Your mission will be to provide excellent service, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience across multiple communication channel
