Dutch Speaking Product Support Specialist - Remote In Greece

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to clients in Dutch via phone, email, and chat, addressing product-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex product issues by guiding customers through solutions.
• Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly to maintain accurate support records.
• Work collaboratively with product development teams to communicate customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on product enhancements and launch new features to clients effectively.
• Assist with training and onboarding new customers to ensure a smooth experience with our products.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Experience in product support, technical support, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• Proficient in using support tools and software for tracking customer issues.
• A strong willingness to learn about new technologies and product developments.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
