• Develop, manage, and drive marketing initiatives and calendars
• Coordinate Public Relations efforts between franchisees, corporate office, and our PR provider for all brands
• Manage initiatives for social media and online presence strategies. You would develop these strategies at a corporate level and produce systems for our franchisees to implement
• Assist with the coordinator development of corporate communications with franchisees (i.e. newsletters, success stories)
• Assist with Grand Opening formats for new franchise stores
• Assist with administration of Advertising Fund activities
• Assist with coordinator messaging to end-user customers via email marketing

Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Marketing or Business

• • OR 1-3 years' related experience and/or training
  • OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience executing defined marketing strategies
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects and campaigns
• Familiarity with email marketing strategies and an understanding of online marketing strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
