Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute retention strategies for subscription and loyalty programs
• Oversee subscription and loyalty program operations and manage vendor relationships
• Analyze key metrics and prepare regular performance reports for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years in program management, marketing, or a similar role focused on retention or loyalty
• Experience with retention tools (e.g., Recharge, Subscribe Pro, Yotpo, OrderGroove)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
• Results-driven with a bias for action and customer obsession
