Administrative Assistant

Municipal Valve & Equipment is hiring an Administrative Assistant in Addison, TX. This is an on-site position.

• Create/build Operations & Maintenance Manuals electronically. Print and send final approved hardcopies to customers
• Take orders for inside sales. Enter quotes, orders, and other pertinent project information into QuickBase
• Answer calls from customers and route to appropriate staff member
• Build relationships with vendors, engineers, and customers

• At least 2 years of experience within an administrative assistant position
• Knowledge of inside sales is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Hands-on experience using Adobe Acrobat
• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Construction, wastewater, industrial industry experience a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Addison, TX 5 days a week
