IT Support Technician

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Provide on-site and remote support for the installation and initial configuration of user equipment (workstations, laptops, peripherals)
• Install operating systems and baseline applications
• Set up network connectivity (wired and wireless)
• Conduct user acceptance testing and hand over devices to end users
• Offer basic end-user training and first-level support

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• 3 years of higher education after secondary school with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in assembling and configuring desktops, laptops, and peripherals, with strong diagnostic skills.
• Experience in installing and configuring Windows operating systems, including drivers and standard applications.
• Capability of connecting devices to networks and resolving basic connectivity issues.
• Ability to provide clear, user-friendly support and communicate technical information effectively.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking, equipment deployment, and maintaining accurate records.
• Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.
