What are you going to do?

You will be able to work in a forward-thinking, growth-oriented environment at an American multinational transportation company that offers passenger transportation, courier, food delivery, and cargo services. It is headquartered in San Francisco, California, and operates in approximately 70 countries and 10,500 cities worldwide.

Occupying a unique position in the market, the Jira Business Analyst will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Jira developers, translating business needs into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. This role is critical to project success, from gathering requirements to ensuring seamless delivery.

  • Lead assertively to meet business requirements, focusing on security and user experience. Facilitate effective communication and regular updates to ensure alignment throughout project phases.

  • Develop and maintain clear, structured documentation of business processes and workflows. Accurately translate business needs into technical specifications and collaborate with technical leads on solution design.

  • Test Jira projects and workflows to meet business requirements. Identify areas for optimization and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

  • Proactively address issues related to Jira setups to minimize disruptions. Share and implement best practices for optimal Jira performance and user experience.

  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while engaging stakeholders. Capable of providing demos and training on tool functionalities and consulting on project/program management best practices.

What will help you succeed

  • 5+ years as an IT Support with proven documentation skills in a tech-related industry.

  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing Jira projects, workflows, and related tools.

  • Ability to test and validate Jira configurations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and identifying optimization opportunities.

  • Proactively diagnosing and resolving issues with Jira setups to minimize disruptions.

  • Familiarity with best practices for Jira performance, user experience, and productivity enhancements.

  • Ability to engage assertively with stakeholders, communicate clearly, and drive projects focusing on security and user experience.
