Brand Associate Responsibilities Include:

• Represent clients professionally at branded events throughout the Birmingham area.

• Engage with potential customers to educate them about products and services.

• Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.

• Set up and maintain a polished and organized event display.

• Track customer interactions and feedback to support campaign performance.

• Work with the team to meet and exceed campaign goals.

• Assist in brainstorming and executing promotional strategies.

• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay informed and up to date.

• Maintain strong knowledge of client brands and offerings.
