Performance Marketing Specialist

We are a fast-moving team seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to execute high-impact ad campaigns across Google (Search, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram). This role is ideal for someone with strong technical capabilities, analytical thinking, and a solid foundation in digital advertising. You’ll be provided direction on which ads to run—we’re looking for someone who can take that vision and bring it to life across platforms.

Role Description:
As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll manage the full spectrum of paid campaigns—from implementation to optimization and reporting. You should be someone who can set up and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, as well as configure and utilize Google Analytics with confidence. A deep understanding of these platforms is essential to succeed in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Set up, install, and troubleshoot tracking pixels on websites (Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tag, GA4, etc.).
  • Configure Google Analytics (GA4), create custom dashboards and generate actionable reports.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad tracking, conversions, and campaign setup.
  • Connect and manage product feeds for shopping and catalog-based campaigns.
  • Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner and/or SEMrush to support campaign planning.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and flag underperforming areas or new opportunities.
  • Execute campaigns based on strategic direction and creative briefs provided by leadership.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search & YouTube) and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Deep understanding of both platforms, from campaign setup to optimization and analysis.
  • Strong knowledge and experience using Google Analytics (especially GA4) for tracking and performance reporting.
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting tracking pixels, using Google Tag Manager is a plus.
  • Familiarity with setting up and managing product feeds (Google Merchant Center, Facebook Catalog).
  • Strong background in keyword research and paid search strategy (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, etc.).
