Job Description:
The Inside Sales Resource will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Pay: $5-$6 per hour. DOE
- Experience: Proven experience in inside sales or a related field. Understanding of IT hardware and software licensing is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
