About the Role
As an Operations and Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless e-commerce operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will manage logistics, provide top-notch customer support, and contribute to sales growth in the US market.
Your responsibilities will be divided into:
- 60% Logistics & Operations – Managing warehouse coordination, delivery schedules, and shipping processes
- 25% Customer Service – Handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
- 15% Sales – Providing product recommendations and closing deals through phone and email interactions
Customer Service & Sales
- Provide personalized customer support via phone, email, and live chat
- Deliver exceptional phone-based customer service and offer tailored product recommendations
- Craft detailed email responses with 2-3 product options, helping customers make informed decisions
- Drive sales growth by effectively engaging with potential buyers and closing deals
Pay: $5-6/hr, DOE
- Operations & Logistics Experience – 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations and warehouse logistics
- Customer Service Expertise – 3+ years in customer support, with experience handling inquiries across multiple channels
- Sales Acumen – 2+ years of phone-based sales experience, with the ability to convert inquiries into purchases
- Shopify Knowledge – 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores
- Strong Attention to Detail – Ability to coordinate logistics efficiently and ensure timely deliveries
- Customer-Centric Mindset – Passion for providing outstanding customer experiences
- Familiarity with the US E-Commerce Market – Understanding of logistics, delivery networks, and customer expectations
- Technical Proficiency – Experience with e-commerce tools and warehouse management systems is a plus
- Excellent English Communication Skills – Both verbal and written
