Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Advisor to provide travel services for business travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange domestic and international travel services, including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations
• Communicate with customers to determine travel needs and adhere to organizational travel policy guidelines
• Maintain and monitor reservations, ensuring accuracy and completion of tasks throughout the workday

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 2 years travel counselor experience booking corporate/business travel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GDS
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to work effectively with all levels
