Titan Private Wealth our investment management arm, recently rebranded from Cardale, founded in 2003 and based in Harrogate.


This is an entry level position across both the Operation and Finance teams reporting to the Operations Manager based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. 


Job Responsibilities
  • To produce regular management information for the finance and Operations team on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis working to tight reporting deadlines. These will include bank, suspense, internal and external client money reconciliations ensuring any reconciling items are dealt with promptly. Processing of client and office interest,
  • Assisting with the annual CASS audit and regulatory data, collating samples as necessary.
  • Calculating and processing client account closing fees.
  • Undertaking daily transaction reporting checks.
  • Monitoring of daily trade value to ensure CREST limit is not reached. .Provide commentary to the MI to enable the recipients to interpret any themes or trends that should be investigated further.
  • To support the finance team in the completion of daily tasks, in line with FCA regulations
  • Produce analysis of data produced by the Operations Team
  • Be familiar with relevant CASS rules in general to mitigate any CASS breaches through day-to-day activities.
  • Maintaining up to date knowledge of company procedures and policies and completing compliance training in a timely manner.
  • Any other duties in line with the level and scope of this role. 
  • Adhere to Consumer Duty.


Job Requirements
  • Must have gained GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and Maths and a Further Education qualification e.g. A-levels (or equivalent) in any subjects.
  • Strong Excel, Word and Outlook skills are required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required, this should include the ability to communicate well in person, on the phone and on email.
  • Good time management skills and experience of working to deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Inquisitive and a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven ability to work within a team and on your own.
  • Comfortable with change
  • Previous experience within the financial services sector is advantageous but not necessary.
