Veterinary Client Service Representative

Metropolitan Animal Emergency and Specialty Clinic is now hiring a Client Service Representative to join their team of CSRs.
The right candidate is a motivated team player with at least one year of customer service experience. Must demonstrate strong communication skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Must be dedicated to promoting and fostering a positive, healthy work environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for clients. It is imperative that you are informed, polite, and professional at all times.

Responsibilities
· Communicating via phone, email, and in person with clients and actively listening to their concerns.
· Utilizing computer information systems to accurately enter client/ patient information, update and maintain medical records.
· Presenting clients with financial options and processing payments.
· Ensuring the lobby, waiting room, and workspace are clean and organized.
